Officer Denham has dedicated his life to public service and has been a member of the Phoenix Police department for the last 15 years. Ben was diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases “Systemic Sclerosis” which is a rare form of Scleroderma and an even more rare disease “Polymyositis”. Ben is the father of 4 wonderful and talented children ranging in ages from 1 year to 18 years old. Due to Ben’s diagnosis and ongoing treatment he needs financial support to continue his fight as his medical bills have exceeded $800,000 in 2016. With the support of generous donors Ben is under the care of some of the best doctors available and has been able to return to work on light duty. His main desire as a father and public servant is to be able to achieve his 20 years of service with the police department.

100 CLUB OF ARIZONA
The mission of the 100 Club of Arizona is to provide immediate assistance to the families of fallen or injured public safety officers and firefighters, and to provide resources to enhance their safety and welfare.
About the H.E.R.O.S. Fund (Helping Emergency Response Officers & Survivors) - Tragedies occur in the lives of Arizona’s public safety officers and firefighters every day; many times these tragedies have nothing to do with their career in public safety. When an officer or firefighter is affected by a terminal illness, the loss of a spouse or child, or a tragic life altering event The 100 Club of Arizona coordinates available resources with needs of public safety families through our Helping Emergency Response Officers and Survivors (H.E.R.O.S.) and the Special Needs programs.
As a 501(c)(3), the 100 Club of Arizona is dedicated to standing behind the men and women who stand behind the badge. For more than 40 years, the 100 Club has provided assistance to statewide public safety agencies, officers, firefighters, paramedics, and their families and more than $14 million has been given through the 100 Club's benefits and programs. 501(c)(3) #31-02637
